A custom construction project of a one-of-a-kind front entry feature for a high profile client. This entrance feature, built by KEI, has quickly become a landmark and has been recognized nationwide; showing up in ad campaigns and featured on the popular “Wheel of Fortune” show.
The project included construction and assembly of a 50-ft tall oversize “lifeguard tower” using large structural timber members, added a circular timber bulkhead wall, custom signage, specialty lighting and lush landscape. All merging perfectly with the Margaritaville themed development.
