Indian Trails is a high use sports facility that will be used to host the 2021 little league World Series. Kirton Enterprises, Inc performed many tasks on multiple buildings at this facility for the City of Palm Coast.
Work included:
Complete rehab of 4 public restrooms to bring them into ADA compliance including new lavatories and carriers, new toilets and carriers, new partitions, new poured in place Tnemac Flooring, new lighting and new doors with electronic security locks.
Renovation of upper story press box including new floor trusses, new wood floors, new walls, new storage closets, new windows, new counter tops, new lighting.
Renovation of concession stand including new sinks, new grease trap, addition of new 200amp electrical panel, new electrical wiring, new poured in place Tnemac epoxy flooring, new ventilation/exhaust system, new tile and grout.
Addition of explosion proof lighting and exhaust system for chemical and hazardous materials storage rooms at maintenance building.
Replacement of parking lot lighting for entire facility.
