Kirton Enterprises, Inc was tasked with both site work and vertical construction to provide Volusia county a brand new parking lot area and restroom facility. This project included clearing, underground/stormwater/sewage/water supply/electrical, paving, ADA sidewalks and ramps, retention ponds, grass parking and fencing. Along with the site work we constructed a brand new ADA compliant, hurricane resistant, 4 stall restroom facility from the ground up including outdoor showers. This project involved coordination with Volusia County Coastal Division, City of New Smyrna Beach and FDOT.
